This website is operated by Kira. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to [kira]. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

SECTION 1 - CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS All products sold by [kira] are custom-made or personalized unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each item is crafted specifically for the customer based on the selections, measurements, and specifications provided at the time of order.

SECTION 2 - ORDER ACCURACY Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements, selections, and personalization details. [Kira] is not responsible for errors in orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer.

SECTION 3 - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom-made or personalized items unless the product is defective or materially different from what was ordered.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTION TIMELINES Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Custom products may take longer than standard items. [Kira] will communicate any significant delays, but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCT VARIATIONS Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These are inherent to the crafting process and do not constitute defects.

SECTION 6 - PAYMENT Full payment is required before production begins on custom orders. We accept payments through [PAYMENT_METHODS].

SECTION 7 - CANCELLATIONS Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
